Feature Availability by Country

This page controls which Swopli features are currently available in each country or region. It is not a launch calendar. If another legal document describes a feature but this page does not list that feature as available for your country, the feature is not part of your current Swopli service.
Swopli may update this page when a country, region, shipping provider, payment provider, or marketplace capability is enabled, suspended, or removed.
1. Feature Categories

VIP and Boost are digital visibility and capacity products. They do not enable shipping, Swap Protection, escrow, insurance, payment protection, dispute priority, or increased refund/compensation rights unless a separate feature is listed as available on this page.

4. Countries Where Local Trade Is Available
The countries below support account, catalog, search, wishlist, VIP, Boost, and local trade.
Local trade means same-country, in-person, item-for-item exchange. It does not include shipping, protected checkout, payment deposits, user-to-user money movement, refunds, compensation, or Swap Protection unless the country is Brazil and the user selects an eligible Swap Protection flow.

Swopli may provide safety tooling, moderation, reporting, and limited support for local trades in these countries. Protected dispute mediation, refunds, compensation, and shipping-provider workflows are not available outside Brazil unless this page is updated.
5. Other Countries or Regions
Swopli features are not currently available in countries or regions that are not listed in Section 4, unless Swopli separately enables them and updates this page.
Internal pricing proxies, test regions, or non-country codes are not user-visible countries and do not create service availability.
6. Operational Rule
Swopli may hide, disable, or remove any feature by country if the required payment provider, logistics provider, legal review, support process, trust and safety process, or store availability is not ready.
